I was using Project Server 2003, WSS 2.0 and SQL Server 2000.
The was scenario was PS2k3 was already installed before the WSS 2.0. My goal was to create a shared document inside of PWA. Here's what i did so far.
In the PWA, i login using a admin account, i navigate to Admin tab and click Manage Windows Sharepoint Service,
Then click on to the Connect Sharepoint Server.
Enter the URL for and test the URL and it was ok.
Enter the "".
When i was validating the URL in Create a site under this SharePoint URL i keep getting this information "The Web site that is referenced here is not in the configuration database." What could be the problem and how to solve this problem.
