Hello All,

To my knowledge, there seem to be no tool so far on updating multiple resources on Project Server 2007. So to handle such situation, I used to open resource pool and mark multiple resources that I want to edit, choose bulk edit. This is something similar to single edit, however there is a limited number of fields available to edit in this way.

For the single resource editing, PWA been the easiest place. Go to Server Settings, Manage Users, type in the name or windows log-in id and search to find. Click on the name to open the resource for editing. Its pretty easy. But for multiple resources, there is limited fields available for editing, as I told.

Has anyone here know the best way of updating multiple resources, not by means of SQL scripts. As with Project Server 2007, I heard that MS will break the warranty if database updates are done manually.
