If anyone had experienced the issue of newly created project/resource/task level enterprise custom fields or outline codes not appearing in the Project Professional, the following steps may be useful.
1. If you have not closed your Project Professional after you created the Enterprise Custom Field, close and re-launch your Project Professional. This may resolve in many cases.
2. If the above don't work. Then the problem is on the un-updated cache files. Firstly you clear your cache and try. If this didn't work, delete the cache folder for the user and let the user re-connect to check. This would resolve at the worst case.

Also this solution holds good if you see the Project Properties dialog showing the Enterprise Custom Fields in wrong in the order for some users, missing to show the recently added field, missing to show up the ouline code pick list correctly.
