Reply with quote | #2 | Hi,
This can be dont by loging into PWA, Admin tab. Click Manage Enterprise features. Now on the left hand, you would see "Check in enterprise projects" as the second link. Click the link and the resulting page will show your project that is checked out. Select it and check in (click check in button above grid)
hope this helps |

Reply with quote | #3 | I encourage my PMs to become familiar with the "Check In My Projects" feature...this takes a bit of the load off of our support team.
PWA -> Projects -> Check In My Projects

Reply with quote | #4 | Hi James,
Sorry for a late reply to this. Its always an excellent idea to have the PM's knowing what to do. Some of the deployments add these procedures in FAQ section and L1 Help desk training and PM Training as well. This way, not only the check in issues, many other issues can be sorted out at end user level. Thanks for highlighting the other option.
Thanks, Ravi.
